When fraternal twins Zach and Sarah Marin applied to college last year, they checked completely different boxes on their applications. Sarah knew she wanted a career in international affairs. Zach opted for an artsier route and settled on a photojournalism major.

Corcoran, George Washington University and National Gallery of Art Complete Agreements

The historic agreements between the Corcoran Gallery of Art and Corcoran College of Art and Design, the George Washington University and the National Gallery of Art are now final. With the completion of Thursday’s transactions, the new partnership to preserve the Corcoran legacy is officially underway.

GW, Corcoran and National Gallery Receive Approval to Implement Agreements

Leaders of the George Washington University, the Corcoran and the National Gallery of Art today received approval from the D.C. Superior Court to implement their historic agreements that were first announced in February 2014.

This installation is an extension of Joe Hale's latest work using sculptural models of real and fantastically modified locations to alter the viewers sense of place, and blur the boundaries between fact and fiction.
