Throughout the fall, we're hosting a variety of in-person and virtual events including opportunities to speak with Corcoran Ambassador students and faculty from our programs. These events are an opportunity for you to engage with the Corcoran community and learn more about our undergraduate programs, the GW campus, and what it's like to be a student at GW's Corcoran School of the Arts and Design.


Discover the Arts Tours

We invite prospective and admitted undergraduate students to visit our campus throughout the year. We are excited to offer Discover the Arts Tours of campus that are led by Corcoran Ambassadors and highlight Corcoran programs and spaces across campus. Registration for tours is available online by searching for the "Discover the Arts" tours.

The tour begins at the Admissions & Alumni Welcome Center (800 21st Street, NW).

Discover the Arts Tours for Fall 2021 are available on Fridays*  from 12:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m. beginning on September 24 and ending on December 10.

*Please note, there will be no tours offered on Friday, October 1, Friday, October 22, or Friday, December 3.

NATIONAL PORTFOLIO DAYS

The Corcoran School of the Arts and Design is a member of the National Portfolio Day Association, and this year, many National Portfolio Day (NPD) events are completely online and are FREE to attend. Students have the opportunity to meet virtually with our faculty about their portfolio. Please note that admissions decisions are not made at these events. This is an opportunity to speak one-on-one with our faculty about your portfolio, our programs, and how to apply.
