Melina Misri

Bio

Melina graduated from the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Oregon in Portland and from the Bachelor of Science in Architecture program at the University of Maryland in College Park. Though her educational background is in architecture, Melina worked in several design studios around the world, where she was able to explore interior architecture, furniture design, branding, and installation design. Her passion and excitement for design and education grew as she became involved at the University of Oregon, where she worked closely with graduate students on developing design skills and enhancing project presentations. She is currently working as a freelance designer.

Melina is an affiliated faculty member of the Global Food Institute at GW.
