DC Greens calls for artists to submit designs for a new K Street Farm sign. The K Street Farm is a 3⁄4 acre nonprofit farm located in downtown Washington, DC. The farm is home to 5,000 square feet of growing space, two honey bee hives, four egg-laying chickens, a variety of fruits trees, and many perennial herbs and flowers. The Farm welcomes community members and volunteers on a regular basis and is a professional development training site for our network of school garden coordinators from all eight wards of the city.
