Bio

Stephanie Schwartz is the Founder & CEO of Little Bean Group, a boutique nonprofit fundraising consulting firm based in Washington, DC. She is a nationally recognized leader in philanthropy and thought leader who speaks and writes about nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy. Her firm helps nonprofit organizations create comprehensive fundraising strategies.

In addition to her client work, Stephanie regularly trains and coaches organizational leaders and nonprofit board members on how to enhance their knowledge of and comfort with fundraising. Stephanie serves on the board of the Greater Washington Diaper Bank and The Field School. She earned an MBA from The George Washington University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Douglass College, the women’s college at Rutgers University. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and son.
