The Graphics Design and Website Specialist reports to the Multimedia Studio Director.
This individual is responsible for developing and producing illustrative graphics and designing and managing websites and SharePoint sites, and will work in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and Leadership to deliver high-impact creative images and interactive sites. The Graphic Design and Website Specialist is a creative expert, a highly collaborative team player, and is exceptionally organized and capable of managing multiple design projects from early concepts to execution.

Responsibilities
Outcomes:
The Graphic Design and Website Specialist applies strong graphical design and associated website programming skills to interpret and present complex concepts through compelling illustrations, charts, and other visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modernize, streamline, and aesthetically improve current websites and SharePoint sites
- Design and create new websites
- Propose new methods to improve browser compatibility across several platforms
- Design and Create illustrative materials suitable for hardcopy and digital presentation
Qualifications
- Experience with graphics and website design software and tools, including:
- WordPress or similar Web Design Products
- Proficient in SharePoint Design and Layout
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to track ongoing projects and weekly action items
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Must be prepared to submit a Portfolio upon request
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent training/experience
5 years professional experience in digital media, advertising, or design
