Sculptor Joan Hall will speak about her work in the Corcoran's Hammer Auditorium on February 18 from 5:00-6:00 PM.
Through the use of paper, metal and glass, Joan is able to raise awareness about important issues, such as the deterioration of the world’s seas. Her work has been featured in many prominent exhibitions, including at the Blue Star Contemporary Art Center in San Antonio and the Silkeborg Art Center in Silkeborg Bad, Denmark. She is the juror of the 2016 National Collegiate Paper Triennial, and she has held an endowed professorship at Washington University in St. Louis.
