BIO

Minah Kim exhibits globally, including the American Museum of Ceramic Art (CA), Plug Gallery (KC), Site: Brooklyn (NY), c.r.e.t.a. Rome (Italy), Asia Contemporary Ceramic Art Academy (China), Frankfurt Herbstmesse (Germany), Seoul Art Museum, Gyeomjae Jungsun Museum, and Clayarc Museum (South Korea). Minah earned B.F.A., M.F.A. in Fine Arts at Ewha Womans University and M.F.A. from the University of Arkansas in Ceramic Arts. She has been awarded numerous grants and fellowship such as Independence Foundation Research Grant (PA), Teaching Artist Fellowship (NC), Foundation for Contemporary Art Grant (NY) and others. She completed residencies at MASS MoCA (MA), Anderson Ranch Art Center (CO), and c.r.e.t.a. Rome (Rome) and is a current resident artist at The Clay Studio(PA).
