Bio
Andrea Dietz (she/her), associate professor and program head of design at the GW Corcoran School of the Arts & Design, is an architect, researcher, and educator. Focused on the exhibition and translation of the built environment, her works include Support Structures—a multiphase project in rewriting the United States’ social contract with public art and architecture, The Organizer’s Guide to Architecture Education—a 2024 coauthored publication, and a mix of independent and collaborative art-design and curatorial initiatives. She is the co-president of the Architecture Lobby, through which she advocates for the cultivation of more conscientious and just practices in the architecture, construction, and development fields.
