Bio
Kaitlin Jencso is a photographer from Southern Maryland currently living and working in Washington, DC. She has BFA in Fine Art Photography from the Corcoran College of Art + Design (2012). She photographs everyday moments in public life and uses them to investigate the intimate and inadvertent ways we communicate our private selves. Other work experience includes the National Gallery of Art, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and teaching photography at American University and Continuing Education for the Corcoran. She has won Best Photography Fine Art Series at FotoWeek DC in both 2016 and 2014, received an Award of Merit from the Maryland Federation of Art, and is currently a Hamiltonian fellow.
