Channah is General Counsel at the Center of Military History, Department of the Army with a background in art and cultural property law.



While detailed to INTERPOL’s Cultural Property Crimes Program in Washington, DC, she provided legal advice to assist in the recovery of a painting stolen from a French museum during World War I.
