- Generate As-built models, assist in the design process, and generate design renderings.

Hard Skills
- Residential Project Designer with 1-3 years of experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Excellent Revit, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work with senior design staff to develop vital design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
- Experience with creating construction documents, schedules, construction details, and familiarity with building code requirements.
- Experience with the construction administration process in residential and light commercial projects
- Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
