The Program and Marketing Coordinator updates the web site and social media sites, coordinates additional marketing and communications with parents, students, and patrons. The Program Coordinator organizes volunteers for events, performances, and other activities, and provides front-of-house support for performances. The Program Coordinator is the point person for space rentals, birthday parties, and special events.
The Program Coordinator provides customer service to students, potential students, parents and the general public, responding to inquiries, processing payments, and supporting the Registration and Front Desk Manager as needed. The Coordinator assists in the preparation of student placement information and class schedules.
Schedule, salary and benefits
The typical schedule will be Tuesday-Friday afternoon and evening and Saturday daytime. The schedule will occasionally change, but flex time is offered. Salary Range $35,000-$38,000. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, a 403(b) plan, free classes, and the chance to work with some great dance instructors, students, and families.
Applicants should have experience working in an arts non-profit; a dance background is a plus. Experience with CMS, social media marketing, and Office software is required; theatre production experience and Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred.
