A non-profit arts organization in Washington, DC, seeking an Assistant to the Director. Provide support to the Director, including overseeing development records and mailings, grant writing and research, planning and execution of events, coordination of Board of Trustee activities and related record keeping as well as all administrative functions. Excellent communications, writing, computer and interpersonal skills are essential. BA and at least 4 years administrative assistance at an art museum or related arts organization required; proficiency in Raiser’s Edge, Excel, QuickBooks and Photoshop strongly preferred.
